Early years as an investigator, and law enforcement officer for the US Air Force, Al also worked as a patrol officer in a local Texas police department. He established values of teamwork, method, and detail.
During his years as the Academy Director for the Public Safety Training Institute at Houston Community College, he used teamwork and professional participation in bridging the gap between academia and practical application for first responders and private security professionals. he is eager for each opportunity to fulfill those shared goals with Rob Kimmons and his team.
